I have recently changed to a AT&T U-verse internet connection, and my 3DS is having issues connecting.
The connection has worked before for my device, as I had accessed the e-shop.
I am entering the correct security key (I used the same one for this laptop momments after, and typed it multiple times into the 3ds) and it is on the correct security key type (WPA2-PSK; i checked on this laptop)
The internet bars in the upper left hand corner all light up  with the word "internet" in blue when doing a connection test, but it fails to connect to the access point, giving me error code "003-1101"
On the home screen, the upper left says I have internet, but everything internet related doesn't load.
MAC is disabled.
The internet is working fine on all other devices (including this laptop).
I've followed all instructions on the error code page provided for error code "003-1101" but nothing is working.
Please help me!!

If after trying all the suggestions on the 003-1101 error code page and still no luck connecting, perhaps it would be best to give a call to Nintendo's 1-800-255-3700 (6 am ~ 7 pm Pacific, everyday) Customer Service number, and one of the service representatives will be able to do some over the phone troubleshooting to determine exactly what the problem is, and then talk you through any needed steps to correct this.
